Fitness made for you
Our workout of the day follows a structured program that includes getting you fitter and stronger. We perform olympic weight lifting movements, practice improving body weight strength, do high intensity workouts and much more. This class will provide a holistic and sustainable way to improve your health and fitness for the longterm.

At OSP we are passionate about weightlifting and getting you stronger. We offer classes that help improve olympic weightlifting and getting you fitter whilst lifting weights. Our coaches are highly skilled and have a vast knowledge on how to get you the best possible results whilst staying safe.
Cardio - our way
At OSP we know how to get you fit! Our sweat class is an action packed hour of using body weight movements, kettle bells and some light weights. We recommend all new members try SWEAT out as it allows you to get a taste for the gym without anything technical. Turn up, get sweaty and go out smiling!
