Push your limits and build serious engine capacity in our Endurance classes at OSP Cannock. These sessions are designed to improve aerobic fitness, running technique, pacing strategy, and overall stamina through structured conditioning work that keeps you moving with purpose.
You’ll train across a mix of cardio modalities including running, rowing, ski erg, and bike intervals, combined with functional movements that strengthen your body for sustained performance. Whether you are preparing for a HYROX race, aiming to improve your 5K time, or simply want to feel fitter and more capable in everyday life, our coaches support you with scalable programming suited to all levels.
