At OSP, our coaching team is the heart of our community. Each coach brings a unique experience, specialist knowledge, and a shared passion for helping people perform at their best. Catering for complete beginners to higher level athletes, you’ll find the right support and motivation to reach your goals.

All of our coaches offer personalised 1-2-1 training along side our classes, giving you personalised guidance that fits your fitness journey or goals.

Hi, I’m Jon

I’m the co-owner and a coach here at OSP. For nearly 20 years I’ve been immersed in fitness, from earning a BSc in Exercise & Physical Activity to achieving CrossFit Level 2. Along the way I’ve competed in and coached others through, CrossFit, Hyrox, Ironman, and ultra-endurance events.

My passion has never changed: helping people use fitness to improve every part of their lives. I can’t wait to welcome you to a class and show you what’s possible.

Co-Owner of OSP and BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist Owner here. With nearly 20 years of experience and a background in elite sport, I’ve helped countless athletes and active people get back to their best.

My approach combines deep knowledge, proven techniques, and a genuine passion for helping members move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.

EMMA shorthouse

Hi, I’m Emma.

I found a love for fitness in 2013 when living in Australia and during the pandemic, I decided to turn my passion into a career by helping others feel strong, confident, and unstoppable.

Now, I am level 2 fitness instructor, Level 3 certified personal trainer and hold a level 1 British Weightlifting certificate.

I bring the energy to every class, making fitness fun, empowering, and full of good vibes. I offer personal training sessions for anyone ready to take their goals to the next level.

I am also the proud founder of Girls Lifting Club, a community all about lifting heavy, lifting each other up, and breaking stereotypes.

Fitness changed my life, and now my mission is to help others find that same spark, both inside and outside the gym.

Hi, I’m Chloe, aka CHfitness.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry, I’ve spent countless hours on the gym floor helping women discover their most confident self.

Whether your goal is to improve performance to compete, change your body shape or just build confidence, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My mission is simple: to help women become strong, inside and out. This time next year, you’re going to wish you started today.

I am an upbeat coach who will always try and get the best out of every individual. I use my level 3 coaching qualification to help me with this.

My passion for fitness and experience competing in Crossfit/Hyrox has also given me a specialist area to help people with specific goals.

Whether you’re starting from the bottom or looking to improve at the top, our coaches are here to support and assist. We look forward to getting to work with you.

I’ve always been into some sort of sport whether it football, athletics and eventually CrossFit. Having done both stepped into a gym for the first time and also trained and competed at an elite level, combined with British Weightlifting Level 1, CrossFit Level 1, and Personal Training Level 2 & 3 courses.

I believe no matter where you are with your fitness we have what it takes to make you who you want to be.

Starting doesn’t have to be complicated, but it does have to be done.

One of the OG members turned part time coach. My love for all things fitness started here at OSP, and after starting off as a complete beginner I was inspired to take my hobby turned passion to the next level.

I have now been a fully qualified Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer for 4 years, and I’m currently working through my British Weightlifting course to continue sharpening my tools.

Helping people get to a place they thought they couldn’t reach within their fitness journey is one of my favourite things about this job. I know how much I appreciate the people who continue to help me reach mine!
