hyrox
The ultimate test of fitness and endurance. Each session blends running intervals with functional movements like sled pushes, lunges and wall balls, all designed to help you dominate race day or just train like an athlete.
Whether you’re chasing a PB or your first finish, we’ll help you get there.
Goal: Prepare for HYROX events and build elite-level strength endurance.
SWEAT
High-energy, no-barbell conditioning built to make you move, breathe and feel fitter than ever.
Expect a mix of cardio machines, bodyweight movements and functional kit to keep your heart rate up and energy high. Accessible for all levels, it’s all about effort, not ego.
Goal: Improve aerobic fitness, burn calories, and build that “engine.”
BARBELL
For those who love lifting. Focused on Olympic lifts, technique, strength cycles and progress tracking.
You’ll learn proper form, build power and develop confidence under the bar in a supportive, coached environment.
Goal: Improve strength, technique and barbell efficiency.
WOD
WOD (Workout of the Day)
Our classic Cross training session, constantly varied, high intensity and built around strength, skill and conditioning.
Every workout is scalable, coached and designed to challenge all levels. One hour, one goal: become fitter, stronger and more capable across every domain.
Goal: All-round fitness development through varied functional training.
ENDURANCE
Build stamina, improve cardio-vascular fitness, and develop a stronger engine in our Endurance classes at OSP Cannock.
Using running intervals, rowers, ski ergs, bikes and functional conditioning, you’ll increase your work capacity and learn how to pace like an athlete. Perfect for HYROX training, race prep or anyone wanting to feel fitter, faster and more capable in every workout.

BURN (women only)
Burn is our beginner-friendly fitness class, designed to help girls feel comfortable, confident, and supported in the gym.
No egos.

Just good energy, positive vibes and space to learn at your own pace.
