At OSP we know how to get you fit! Our sweat class is an action packed hour of using body weight movements, kettle bells and some light weights. We recommend all new members try SWEAT out as it allows you to get a taste for the gym without anything technical. Turn up, get sweaty and go out smiling!

SWEAT classes

Get your heart rate up, burn calories, and boost overall fitness in our high-energy Sweat classes at OSP Cannock. Designed around fast, functional intervals, these sessions combine HIIT, circuit training, and full-body conditioning to build a stronger engine and leave you feeling accomplished every time you finish.

Expect a mix of cardio machines, bodyweight movements, kettlebells, and functional equipment, all delivered in short bursts with motivating rest periods to keep the intensity high. Every Sweat class is scalable, so beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side while working at their own pace.
