We offer two Ladies only fitness classes, so that you can train and improve in an environment that you feel comfortable in.

Our BURN class, founded by Chloe Holloway, allows Women of all fitness abilities to come together and train together in the best fitness environment.
Our beginner-friendly fitness class is designed to help girls feel comfortable, confident, and supported in the gym.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking for a fresh start, Burn will help you build strength, improve your technique and boost your self-confidence, all whilst having fun and moving together.
You don’t need to ‘get fit’ before coming. You just need to show up, we’ll take care of the rest!

Join Emma’s Girls Lifting Club every Sunday morning at 7:45am.
A girls-only lifting community built to help you grow stronger, inside and out. Whether you’re picking up a barbell for the first time or chasing new PR’s, we’re here to support, educate, and cheer you on every rep of the way.
Join a crew of confident, motivated women who lift each other up, literally.
For all fitness levels, Barbell induction available for complete beginners.
