At OSP we are passionate about weightlifting and getting you stronger. We offer classes that help improve Olympic weightlifting and getting you fitter whilst lifting weights. Our coaches are highly skilled and have a vast knowledge on how to get you the best possible results whilst staying safe.

Build genuine strength and master the major barbell lifts with expert coaching. Our Barbell classes at OSP Cannock focus on both traditional strength movements and Olympic lifting techniques, helping you progress with confidence and precision. You’ll develop core lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press, while also learning technical lifts including the snatch and clean & jerk.

Every session blends skill development with structured programming, mobility, and accessory work to support lifts like front squats, overhead squats, power cleans, and more. Whether you are completely new to lifting or aiming for big PBs on the platform, our coaches tailor movements to your current level while pushing you to improve safely and consistently.
