AM I FIT ENOUGH TO TRAIN AT OSP?
Starting your fitness journey with OSP allows every individual to tailor the workouts to them. Regardless of your current fitness level we can accommodate individuals who are new to fitness and also the most experienced. If your unsure where to start try our SWEAT class.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT STARTING?
We recommend all new members to try out our SWEAT class as a taster of whats to come. If you want to start doing our WODS/Barbell Classes we require all new members to attend FOUNDATIONS. Foundations is an hour long session with one of the trainers to get you up to speed with the basics before you start.
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER SERVICES?
